Quintessential Yacht Concierge is an independent charter referral and yacht-matching service. Quintessential does not own, operate, captain, crew, maintain, or control the vessels displayed on this website.

Vessel availability, final pricing, charter terms, passenger limits, payment processing, cancellations, refunds, safety requirements, and fulfillment are established and administered by the applicable third-party charter operator.

Submitting an inquiry through Quintessential does not create a confirmed reservation. All charter requests remain subject to availability confirmation and completion of the charter operator’s required agreement and payment process.

Rates shown are Quintessential's starting charter rates and are subject to vessel availability, date, duration, guest count, taxes, gratuity, fuel, crew, marina, service, and other applicable charges. Final pricing and payment terms are confirmed before the reservation is completed.

Rates displayed on this website are set by Quintessential and include our margin. They are starting rates, not guaranteed totals, and they do not include the taxes, fuel, crew gratuity, marina charges or add-ons described above. There is no separate booking fee or service charge: what you see is what we quote before those variable costs.

Where a rate is shown as a per-guest figure it is arithmetic on the starting rate at the stated guest count, not a price offered per person.

Submitting a request through this website does not create, reserve or hold a charter. It authorises Quintessential to pass your request to the applicable charter operator and to contact you about it. No payment is collected by Quintessential at any point.

Each vessel is offered by an independent charter operator responsible for its own legal authority to charter that vessel, vessel documentation, passenger limits, captain and crew credentials, marine insurance, safety, boarding, and all on-water decisions including weather. Quintessential requires operators to hold this documentation and does not independently certify vessels.

Photography of each vessel is hosted by the operator on their own storage and linked, not re-hosted, by this website.

We collect only what a charter request needs: your name, contact details, preferred contact method, city, date, time, duration, guest count, occasion, budget, add-on interests, and anything you choose to tell us. We record how you found us so we know which channels work.

We share that information with the charter operator handling your request, because they cannot quote you without it. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone else. Ask us and we will delete it.

Customer records are held in our operations system, never on this website. Email us to access, correct or erase yours.

Ticking the consent box lets us contact you about the request you made and about your charter. If you'd rather not hear from us again, say so in a reply and it stops — every message we send carries a way out.

Vessel details, rates and availability are supplied by third parties and change without notice. This website is offered as-is for the purpose of requesting a charter. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, a guarantee of availability, or a contract for carriage.

Quintessential is not a yacht broker or yacht brokerage, does not negotiate the purchase, sale or exchange of vessels, and does not hold itself out as licensed to do so.
